In 1991, Mr. Sunil Bhamare resigned from his job and joined M/S Resource Group where he operated as an architectural consultant with Mr. R.G Deshpande for 3 years up to 1994-1995. After getting vast amounts of priceless experience in the fields of Planning and Designing of bungalows, buildings, and industries, he started his own practice as an architectural consultant from 1995.
Putting his blood, sweat, and tears into his career, what started from a small job of a bungalow eventually reached to planning of high-rise buildings and large residential layouts; all of this within a 15 years span. The base has been successfully set up in Pune, and now the organisation is operating on projects in the Ratnagiri, Satara, Nanded Jalgaon, and Latur district as well.
The organisation is also operating As an architectural consultant in various Nagar Parishads, Nagar Panchayats, Nagar Palikas, Town Planning Departments, and Mahanagar Palikas for various builders and developers.
From an individual architectural consultant operating under the name of Sunil. D. Bhamare, he has commiserated into a new business firm namely Dwellion 300.
