About Sunil Bhamare
Operating as an Architectural Consultant since 1995-1996, Sunil Bhamare has been operational in and around Pune. During this time, he was involved in the planning and designing of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings for individual owners, builders, and industrialists for the areas of 100 SQMTS. Having his roots in the humble town on Amalner, Jalgaon, he completed his diploma in Civil Engineering with first class at GPJ (1983-1986). After shifting to Pune, he enrolled himself in MIT, for his second year of Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Through 1986-1989, he successfully completed his B.E in Civil Engineering with distinction. After graduation, he joined as a Structural Engineer in Warden Kool Consultant Pvt. LTD. Erandwane, Pune from 5th September 1990. He also applied for getting a license from Municipal Corporation as a Civil Engineer and as an Architectural Consultant, and was successful in doing so on 13th September, 1990. The registration number is 300, thus the origins of the name- ‘DWELLION 300’
